About Me

Hello and welcome! My name is Ricardo Siano, also known as Isa Al Andalusi. In January 2021, I was diagnosed with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (PPMS), a challenging condition that affects various aspects of life, including cognitive abilities, coordination, mobility, and vision.

Since my diagnosis, I have embarked on a journey to manage this condition in the best way possible. While conventional medicine didn’t work well for me, I’ve chosen to think outside the box, exploring alternative treatments and unconventional methods to improve my quality of life.

On this platform, I aim to share the insights and experiences I’ve gained through my journey. You’ll find discussions about various approaches, treatments, and practices I’ve tried to manage my MS symptoms. Though MS is not curable, I firmly believe it is manageable, and I hope to inspire others to explore new paths for living fully with this condition.

Feel free to ask questions, share your thoughts, or contribute your own experiences. Let’s learn and grow together on this journey.

Thank you for visiting, and I look forward to connecting with you.

Warm regards,
Isa Al Andalusi
